Shipping Methods & Rates

Orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Estimated delivery time is typically 1–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the selected service level.
International Shipping

International orders are shipped via UPS and typically arrive within 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing times. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order details. I will work with UPS to resolve the issue and find an appropriate solution.
